Northwest Asthma & Allergy Center (NAAC) has treated patients in the Puget Sound area for over 45 years.

We currently have 8 offices throughout Washington State. Our physicians are certified by the American Board of Allergy and Immunology. We are committed to treating all patients with thorough, efficient care of the most complex to the simplest of allergy problems.

  • Attention QNASL 40 mcg & 80 mcg using patients

  • There is a voluntary recall for a few lot numbers of QNASL for failing to accurately dispense the same volume with each spray. This is considered a voluntary and is not considered a “significant adverse health risk” recall.
    It affects QNASL 40mcg or 80mcg dispensed between August 26, 2015 and September 14, 2016.
    Please check your medication lot number, to see if this notice affects you.
    If you have one of these particular lot numbers, RETURN IT TO THE DISPENSING PHARMACY.
    Northwest Asthma & Allergy Center has no way to determine which lot number your prescription was provided from. Only your dispensing pharmacy can know this.
    THE AFFECTED LOT NUMBERS ARE:
    150096 with expiration date of 3/2017 (40 mcg strength).
    150327 with expiration date of 10/2017 (40 mcg strength).
    150335 with expiration 4/2017 (80 mcg strength).
    150336 with expiration 4/2017 (80 mcg strength).
