Exciting changes in our Portal & Electronic Health Record!
You may already know that Northwest Asthma & Allergy Center (NAAC) is significantly improving how we handle patient medical records, appointments, and billing.
On September 12th, 2022, we will “GO-LIVE” with the athenaOne system by athenahealth.
This new system will include a new Patient Portal to help you access and keep track of your healthcare. You can schedule online, check in electronically, gain easier live phone access to our staff, and pay your bills via several options.
We are working hard to train our staff (and physicians!) to make this transition as easy as possible, but there will be some overlap as we move from the old system to the new one. In other words, we kindly ask for your patience.
To streamline your check-in, we will send you a link via text message before your visit. Just click the link to complete ALL registration forms and upload your insurance ID card BEFORE you arrive at our clinic.
After September 12th, before you can be seen for a visit, walk-in shot appointment, or telemedicine appointment, you will be required to upload or bring your current insurance ID card.
Please be aware that you may receive two different billing statements from us. One statement will reflect any balance from visits before September 12, 2022. New statements will only reflect balances owed from visits after September 12, 2022.
