We know the COVID-19 pandemic has been a difficult time for you, and it has been for NAAC as well. Because of the pandemic, it has been especially difficult for us to keep trained staff who can answer the phones and make appointments. Being severely understaffed has greatly affected our ability to promptly answer calls and return messages. We know this has caused much frustration, and we sincerely apologize.
We want you to know that we have recently made good progress in hiring and training new staff members for this critical area. Once we have the necessary staff on board and trained, we are confident our ability to take calls and answer messages promptly will be greatly improved.
